Beautiful Blogger Award

My sweet friend Michelle gave me this award. I am supoosed to share 7 things you may or may not know about me.

#1 I hate not having a computer, I feel so lost without one! Our computer got a virus and I have not been able to update my blog, stalk people on face book, or dilly dadle on fun websites in search of cute baby stuff. Even though we paid $70 for a virus protection program, we still got one and now our computer will not even turn on. All I have is Brad's laptop and it's just not the same. I am having to do this at work and it has taken me all week, since I can only work on it during my breaks. Getting the computer fixed is not a top priority with everything else we have going on right now.

Enough about that...

#2 I have the world's largest sweet tooth! It is so hard for me to turn down sweets, especially if it is chocolate. I don't buy fun cakes, brownies or ice cream. If I did buy it, I would eat it all by myself. I call it the "Stutler gene." I could eat a whole cake or pan of brownies in one sitting, not kidding! When I was pregnant with Rylee I would eat 2 peanut butter cups almost every night, not pieces, not miniatures, peanut butter cups. Ohhhh.... how they just melt in your mouth. I told myself it was o.k. b/c I was prego and was still working out up until the week I had her, but can't do that anymore ;(

#3 I absolutely love Target. I will find any excuse to go there. Such cute stuff and the best prices! It's on the way no matter where I am going!

#4 I can not stand boogers! I am always picking Rylee's nose, this may sound gross, but I can not stand a yucky nose. Brad makes fun of me and thinks it's so gross, but who else is going to do it, she can't pick it herself and you have to keep that adorable face nice and clean!

#5 I am a neat freak! Right now our house is a disaster and it is absolutely driving me nuts. I was cleaning this weekend and Brad was like "Why bother, it's just a rental." Ha.. Ha.. not yet babe! Even though there are boxes everywhere, I still I had to clean.

#6 I have a wonderful family! I am so lucky to have both Brad's parents, my parents, brother and sister within a 20-30 minute radius. We are all so close and have so much fun with one another. I know a lot of people don't have this luxury so it makes me feel very fortunate! Nothing is better than spending time with the ones you love and care about.

#7 Last , but not least I have the best husband and daughter ever! I am so lucky to have married my best friend. I can always count on him and know that he will love me forever, no matter what. We have the best time doing absolutely nothing and he is such a great daddy. The way he lights up while playing with Rylee is the cutest thing I have ever seen! He keeps me sane when I feel like going crazy, makes me feel beautiful when I may not think so, and provides for our family so that I am able to stay home with our beautiful daughter and not miss another moment.

Rylee is the happiest, sweetest, most beautiful baby girl I could have ever asked for. She has truly changed my life, in ways I never thought possible. Seeing that sweet smiley face every morning and hearing her precious giggle is the best thing ever! Watching her grow and change is so exciting, but scary all at the same time. I want her to stay her sweet innocent self forever, but at the same time I am excited to see what the future holds. Sounds cheesy, but true!

Now, I am supposed to choose 7 people for this same award. I only have six since some of the ones I would have chosen have already won an award, so it will have to do.

The winners are:

1. The Pomeroy Family
2. The Sperling Family
3. The Rubner Family
4. The Ludlow Family
5. The Lusha Family
6. The Soladay Family

Finally.... We're on the move!

It's official, we move in less than a month! We're so excited, but not looking forward to packing at all!!! We have an awesome family who are going to lease our house and hopefully by the end of the year buy it! The next few weeks are going to be crazy, so it might be a while before I have a chance to post again. Luckily, I've posted a ton of pics to hold you over (I know I will be missed)!

Anyway, Rylee is back to herself, thank goodness! She turned 9 months last Friday and I still can't believe it. 3 more months and our baby girl will be 1 year old! I've already started planning her 1st birthday party in our new house, I'm such a DORK!

She is changing every day and getting cuter and cuter, I didn't even think it was possible! She now has eight teeth and drools like nothing I've ever seen in my life. Poor kid is sopping wet all the time! She is into anything and everything and loves to pull up on things and is beginning to climb too. She will eat anything you give her and will let you know if she likes it or not. We're trying to give her big girl food whenever we can and she seems to enjoy it. I love all the facial expressions she makes, trying to figure out if she likes what we have given her or not. She seems to love cereal bars, cheese, yogurt and waffles. She's not sure about corn yet. We tried some tonight and she made the funniest face and would gag, but continue to eat it. She loved Grammy's mashed potatoes a couple of weeks ago too and even tried some of Maw's chicken salad, so yummy!

She was supposed to have her 9 mo. check up Friday, but since she was getting over being sick we rescheduled for tomorrow, I can't wait!

Well, I am off to bed. Enjoy the couple of pics of our new house and our sweet Rylee boo ;)

Poor Baby.....

Rylee had her first fever yesterday, it was sooooo sad! She woke up with one and it slowly got worse throughout the day, even with Tylenol. Motrin and cool rags. At one point it got up to 103.7, which was very scary! She was so pathetic, did not play at all and slept all day either in my arms or Brad's. It broke my heart to see her this way!!!

We called the emergency line at our doctor's office and they called back right away. They told us several things to do and said if it got to 105 we needed to take her to the ER. I did not know it was o.k. for a baby to have that high of a temp, but whatever, they're the doctors. They also said if she still had a fever in the morning to bring her in.

Through the night her fever gradually came down, but was still 100.5 ( I still consider this a fever) in the morning so I made an appointment. I gave her Motrin at 8:00, so by the time we got to the doctor at 9:30 her temp was only 97.9, of course! Doc said ears, throat, lungs looked great, so she tested for strep and RSV to be sure, both came back negative. By the time we got home she seemed a little better, but still not herself. She played for a good 15 minutes and got fussy. I laid her down and she slept for 15 minutes and woke up crying. I took her temp. again and it was back at 101. From there it went down hill, only sleeping if I was holding her and slept most of the day, good cuddles though.

I hate to see my baby not feeling good and not her happy self! I would do anything for it to be me that is sick and miserable and take away all her hurt and pain!

So I am off now for day two and hopefully tomorrow will be much better. Keep your fingers crossed!

Here are some pictures from the past week

The other night I could not see Rylee's head on the monitor and just thought she was in the very corner of her bed and found her like this...... I guess she wanted a pillow.

Playing with her fun, learning Leap Frog table from Grammy and Papa

Love this face!

Looks like such a big girl!

Helping Grammy with the dishes! Mom said she played with her spoon and the soap door for a good 30 minutes.

Practicing brushing her teeth before going to bed

We met Brad's parents for lunch on Saturday and to look at what hopefully might be our new house. If only someone would buy ours, ugh!!!

This was our poor baby on Sunday, so sad!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waiting patiently to see the doctor

Hope you feel better tomorrow my sweet baby girl!

A Very Happy New Year!!!

We are so excited to start a new year with our little one and can't wait to see what 2010 has in store for us! We had such a great New Year's with family and friends, and enjoyed Rylee being with us to party too! Rylee has changed our lives in so many ways and we are so blessed to have such an amazing, and beautiful daughter!

Up to no good...

We went to Chris and Chrissy's for New Years and had a blast! The best part was I didn't have to leave Rylee and could still enjoy myself! We had a nice sleepover.

Love this picture of Rylee with Grammy

These two are soooo cute together! Elliott is the best cousin ever!
