I hate getting this behind on blogging, it is so overwhelming. It doesn't help that I post a ton of pictures either. Here is the last couple of weeks in pictures (some are a little out of order):

Ry and Grammy before going to watch Elliott at tennis lessons a couple of weeks ago.

Ry has been standing in this spot by the stairs for no apparent reason, looks like she is standing in time out or something.

Is this not the cutest face you have ever seen?! I put this in a frame that Rylee painted for Brad for Father's day. It turned out so cute, I wish I would have taken a picture of it before he took it to his office.

This is how Rylee likes to sit in her chair, then she gets stuck and cries for help, silly girl!

Rylee was pretty fussy a couple of weeks ago, due to her getting the last of her molars. After dinner I gave her a Popsicle. What better place for one of those..... in the bath tub, before her bath. She LOVED it!

This was taken a couple of weeks ago at Brad's parent's house. Rylee was being silly and dancing in the kitchen with her new purse Maw and Poppie got her.

Maw and Poppie also got Rylee this huge sucker. I thought it would be cute to get pics of her enjoying it outside.

Grandpa and Betty came down to visit from Michigan, Rylee enjoyed hanging out with the both of them.

Rylee is pretty good about me brushing her teeth every morning and night. But............. every once in a while she gives me a hard time. This is one of those times:

Chrissy and I took the girls to a Mommy's group play date at some one's house last week. The girls enjoyed some fun water activities and had lunch out side.

Last Friday, Brad and I had a date night. We got a hotel on lake Hubbard in Rowlett and Brad's parents watched Rylee for the night. After we had dinner a couple of friends met up with us for some drinks. It was so much fun..... actually too much fun! This is Brad, Amber and I. Josh and Katie met up with us a little later, but by that point I was in no condition to be taking pictures, but wish I had a picture with them too :(

The next day we enjoyed some pool time at Maw and Poppie's.

We have been house/dog sitting for our neighbors, who have a POOL! They said we were more than welcome, so that is where we have been for the last week. Ry has turned into quite the water baby and has even a little tan going on. This is Ry and Brad on Father's Day, how cute is this?!

My sweet friend Michelle and Ry's B.F.F Addie came over an enjoyed the pool yesterday. They are so darn cute!

There is nothing cuter than two adorable half naked babies! Thanks for coming and swimming with us Michelle and Addie, we had so much fun!

Picture Taking Frenzy

Brad got me a new camera for my birthday/anniversary present, a Canon T2i, with a little help from both of our parents! I have had so much fun taking pictures and trying to figure out all the fun and many new gadgets. I am completely overwhelmed, but enjoying taking pictures of my favorite subject, Rylee.

I took this picture on Friday after unloading the last of my things from my classroom. Rylee enjoyed playing with my Cat in the Hat hat ;)

How Rylee tells us she's done eating...

Every night Brad and I let Ry choose her jammies for the night after she takes her bath. We hold up two different pairs, she scopes them both out and then grabs the one she wants. Brad brings her down in this. I look at him and he says Ry picked both choices he gave her, so he let her wear both of them. I don't know why it bugs me so much when things don't match, maybe OCD much?! She loves playing with the PS2 controller, she enjoyed dragging one of them around the house.

Brad and I were attempting to watch a movie when all of a sudden I heard a bunch of noise in the kitchen. I walk around the corner and found this.....

Rylee looked exceptionally cute in an adorable little Polo dress from her Uncle J and Aunt Ray. We were headed to a party for our friend Ben's 1st b-day.

I got Ry a new stroller that is more light weight and easy to throw in the back of the car, rather than loading around her 40 lb Graco one. Rylee LOVES boxes and enjoys getting on top of them to give me a heart attack. Luckily this one was not very big ;)

It took Rylee a little while to get use to her sandbox, but now that she is, she LOVES it! Thanks Maw and Poppie!

These last few pictures were taken with my old camera. It is amazing to see the difference! She was being such a ham, cracking up at me chasing her around with the camera.

So HAPPY to be were I am supposed to be, home with my sweet baby girl!!!
