We Have A Thumb Sucker....

My little helper helping bring in groceries

She said this is what I look like bringing in the groceries...
Silly girl LOVES her stickers!
Ry was busy writing on her white board she made at Home Depot with her Daddy. She came up and said, "look Mommy, I drew you!" I thought this was awesome, you can totally see a face, so proud!
Not so proud.....
She is going through a fun stage called " I wonder what will happen if I write on _____?!"
At least she uses washable markers (so far)!
She was pretty excited about wearing her rain boots to dance Wednesday. Pretty sure she stomped in every puddle from the car to the building!

She looked so sweet taking a nap with her Strawberry Shortcake doll!
But not so sweet stamping her entire body with her 140 piece stamp set she got for Christmas.... We will be taking a break from stamps for a while!
Eli is into grabbing everything in sight these days, he has a death grip too! I love how he is holding on with both hands as if for dear life!
We discovered Sunday morning that Eli had finally found his thumb in the middle of the night and has become a HUGE fan!

Ry and Daddy after Patton's first b-day party! I wonder what Patton looked like =)
There it is again...
Every morning Ry says, "Eli's awake!" even when he isn't. She will play, but come and check the monitor every so often to see if he has woken up yet. This morning I had to take pictures to document what EVERY morning looks like waiting for Eli to wake up...

How sweet is that?!?!

Eli multi-tasking, baby flash cards and thumb sucking!
Crazy cowgirl!

L.O.V.E.

I was curling Ry's hair, getting her ready to go take V-day pictures with Chrissy and had to video these two! I could just eat them up!!!

Randomness & Wedding Weekend

Eli started rice cereal a couple of weeks ago. He's doing so good and I can't wait to start him on baby food in less than a month! These are pictures from his first taste.

Eli lookin studly in his outfit for Blake's wedding!

Sweet snuggles

more snuggles
I am greeted every morning with a stretch....
And a smile =)
I check on the kiddos every night before I go to bed and I thought Ry looked so sweet that I had to sneak a pic.

Shopping with Mommy like a big boy!
Friday I took Ry to a little dippers cooking class at Market Street with Chrissy and Berk. She made a chicken casserole, green bean bundles wrapped in bacon and a brownie and pudding trifle, it was DE-LISH!!! My little chef.....
And partner in crime....
pounding the crackers for the crust and topping
finished product

Every kiddo got to come up and be a helper at some point. Berk and Ry poured the pudding mix into the jars.
Ry taste tested everything she was making! She even had a couple of out burst because I kept taking stuff away from her. You would have thought the kid hadn't eaten in days! At least she liked it though =)
Quite proud of herself!

Friday evening we left for East Texas for our cousin Blake's wedding. Ry's favorite part of staying at the hotel was pushing the elevator buttons! Here we are going down for breakfast in our jammies.
Ry & Poppie showing off their matching boots!

Poor Eli cried for about the first hour until I finally got him to sleep. He slept for pretty much the rest of the reception.

Eli getting snuggles from Grandma Instine
Ry dancing with Maw & Poppie the candy bar....
Ry was a dancing fool! She ran laps and danced the ENTIRE time! There were some little boys break dancing, so here is Ry break dancing too!
FYI..... this is not sweat from her sweet dance moves, but from the enjoyment of helping herself to the water fountain!
Ry would dance with anyone who would dance with her! This is sweet George, a good family friend!
Eli enjoyed some sweet dance moves of his own with Maw & Poppie!

All the boys!

And....
caught it!
Ry kept saying, "Mommy, I caught the beautiful flowers!"

Ry enjoyed many rides on Uncle Rod's cool 4 wheelers! She LOVED it!
