9 Months

Eli,
You are 9 months old! Time is going by way too fast and I can't believe you will be ONE in 3 short months! You are becoming more and more handsome by the day and looking just like your daddy. I love spending every moment with you and enjoy watching you grow and learn. You are my little snuggle bug and I can't imagine my life without you, I love you to pieces!

Love,

Mommy
Some things about you at 9 months:

  • You are in 12-18 month clothes, size 3 shoe and size 4 diaper.

  • You drink 6-7 oz 4 times a day

  • You are taking a 1.5-2 hr naps in the morning and in the afternoon, you'll even take an occasional 3 hr nap every once in a while.

  • You're sleeping 11-12 hrs. at night.

  • You eat EVERYTHING! You name it, you've eaten it and enjoy it! Some of your favorites are chicken nuggets and french fries (shocker), I even throw in sweet potato fries at times to make myself feel better, yogurt, pancakes, turkey dogs and mac and cheese. You are a big fan of brocoli and any fruit and avocado!

  • You will sometimes sign "more" and we're working on eat.

  • You sometimes know what a doggie says.

  • You are CRAWLING! You've taken little scoots here and there and then just give up and sit, but this morning you full out crawled to a toy several feet in front of you and kept crawling to toys you wanted!

  • We lowered your crib this weekend because you are pulling up on your bumpers and peeking over the railing of your crib (got a pic of this below).

  • You are the proud owner of 7 teeth and tooth number 8 is close behind!

  • You love your sister and think she is the coolest, funniest person ever!

  • You are for sure a Mama's boy and I am your absolute favorite!

  • You are spoiled rotten and I do almost everything with you attached to my hip, probably one of the reasons I am your favorite.

  • You are scared of the vaccum. I have to either hold you while I vaccum, have daddy hold you or you have to be asleep. You scream and cry and try to get away like it's going to eat you.

  • You are getting harder and harder to photograph because you are constantly on the move!

Sissy LOVES you so much and wanted some pictures with you!

You LOVE you sweet boy, Happy 9 Months!!!

Around the House, Memorial & Birthday

Rylee and Eli giving Ry's baby a bath. I love that these two are already interacting and playing with one another, melts my heart!
I love Eli's little hands on the side of the bowl!
Love this!
Such a good little Mommy.

Brad and I got back Sunday of Memorial weekend from AZ, so we spent the day soaking up the kiddos at the pool!

After the pool Ry played with some non firework type poppers I had gotten her. She LOVED the "pop its" the most! She would get so excited every time they hit the ground, making a loud popping noise.
Daddy showing Ry how to pull the string for the confetti poppers.

After dinner we enjoyed some watermelon on the back patio. Ry is so incredibly sweet with Eli! She is always helping him and wanting to help feed him......hope it sticks!

Ry loves the show Doc McStuffins. If you haven't seen it, it is a must! It comes on the Disney channel, cutest show ever! Here she is giving Eli his check up, she even sang the song to him that they sing on the show.
Look who is finally getting close to crawling......

Last weekend we went to my parent's house to swim, eat dinner and celebrate Chris and I's birthdays. Ry enjoyed getting a ride from daddy in Eli's float!
I have a feeling Eli's going to be a little fishy just like Ry, he loves it!
The big 30!
Cutie pie

Every time we go to Market Street Ry loves pushing her own little cart. The bagger had bagged a couple of things and put them in Ry's cart for her to push to the car. All a sudden I heard, "oh my," while I was signing the signature pad and thought something had happened. Turns out that Rylee had lifted the bag with the gallon of milk out of the cart and the lady was amazed. She went on and on about how strong Ry was all the way to the car. Ry had a grin from ear to ear, she thought she was the coolest! I topped it off with a picture when we got home to remember our strong 3 year old who could carry a gallon of milk by herself!
Ry got this cute little mosaic art set for her birthday and absolutely loves it! I love it too, because they keep her busy and out of trouble! I highly recommend them if you haven't tried them with your little one! All you pretty much do is peel the color and shape that matches the picture on the card and when you're finished you have your own little mosaic masterpiece!
We have been working on potty training again for about a week now. It was a rough start, but she is doing great and finally wearing panties all the time! I was getting the shower ready and had her go potty first. When I went to check on her this is what I found....
The rest of these pictures were taken on my phone, so please excuse the randomness!

I finally got a good picture of all E's adorable little chompers. Meet the proud owner of 6 teeth and counting!

LOVE!

My sister and I took the kiddos for a swim and had a picnic at Michelle's pool last week, it was so much fun!
Are these two not the cutest boyfriend/girlfriend you have ever seen?!
Love this one of Ry!

Eli enjoying some blackberries & raspberries!
I took this of Ry before heading to her dance pictures, freaking ADORABLE!! She has her first recital this Saturday!
Is this not the cutest butt and legs you have ever seen?! She has more of a calf muscle than me!

LOVE this!
Morning snuggles on the couch.

Ryan sent this picture he had taken of Ry at Cora's petting zoo party.

Eli found his head this week and thinks it's pretty cool!

I think I am finally caught up ;0)
