Ry's New Haircut

Ry decided it would be a good idea to give herself a haircut. I knew this was  inevitable at some point, but it sure didn't make it any easier. She gave herself bangs and cut chunks of hair, mainly the left side of her head. 

She hid with scissors and traveled the house cutting her hair and leaving a trail of evidence. 

You can see how much she cut off the left side. I'm hoping it will be this long again by Christmas. I wanted to cry!

Luckily I have an awesome hair dresser sister in law who fixed up Ry's hack job! Aunt Ray saves the day!

The night before Ry's birthday we snuck in her room and put glow in the dark balloons all around her room and streamers on the door. The package said the glow in the dark balloons lasted 17 hrs, they really lasted over a week!

We took Ry after her party for a surprise present, a new bike!
