Pictures, Pictures and More Pictures...

Sleepy baby, after our walk last weekend!
At Grammy and Papa's house

We went out to eat with Chris, Chrissy and the girls and to visit their new beautiful house this weekend. Rylee sat like a big girl at the restaurant.
E and Ry at Christina's

She loves to chew on her favorite kitty toy ( I think we are getting more teeth soon!)

Me and Ry cuddling this morning and watching cartoons, she fell asleep on me just like this, so sweet!

Such a big girl, sitting up now for a couple of minutes v.s. a couple seconds last weekend!

I could not get this picture to post the right way ;( We were playing on the floor together

Love this one, such a ham! Too bad she wouldn't do this at the pumpkin patch last weekend!

Love those cheeks!

This is what Brad and I call her bulldog face. She's been doing it the past few days. I think she may be getting a top tooth and she's using her bottom teeth to sooth her gums ;)
Such a happy baby! We love this girl and could not imagine our lives without her!

Our Little Pumpkin!

Rylee's 6 month check up went great! She weighed 16 lbs 4.5 oz (55%tile) and was 27 inches long (87%tile). Overall everything went well, even her shots. She cried for maybe a minute and that's it, I was quite impressed! They even added a flu shot and she has to go back in 4 weeks for a second one.

This weekend we went to not one, but two pumpkin patches. We first went to the one in Celina, but Rylee was all too impressed with grass for the first time that I didn't get any smiling pictures. She had also just woken up from a nap and still seemed tired. So, we tried again at the pumpkin patch by our house that evening. Yep, same thing, but impressed with the hay this time. I could not get her to look up and she was so serious. So, we spent $40 on pumpkins and brought them back to the house to try for a third photoshoot. Something about her sitting on the ground was all too much for the kid. I did get some cute pictures, just not very smiley ones.

Here we are waiting to see the doc. Check out her outfit and boots, aren't they the cutest?!

She had a lot of fun playing with the paper on the table. Once she got a hold of it, it was over!

Weekends Should Be Longer!!!

I have come to the conclusion that we need three day weekends, 7 days would really be preferable, but never going to happen unfortunately. Not yet anyway ;) I love weekends, waking up to Rylee playing in her crib and being greeted with a huge smile when I go to get her to hanging out in our p.j.'s and watching Saturday/Sunday morning cartoons and cooking breakfast with my hubby. Doesn't get much better than that!
It's hard to believe that Rylee is going to be 6 months this Thursday! We go for her 6 month check up and I can't wait to see how much she has grown! She is doing so good with her baby food and we haven't found a vegetable or fruit that she doesn't like yet. She gets so excited and shakes her arms, hands and feet the whole time, while grunting at the same time. It's pretty darn cute! We call her our little Rollie Polie because she is constantly rolling back and forth whenever we lay her down anywhere, she even tries to roll in her seat, swing and changing table, which has made it very difficult when trying to change her diaper. She loves to tell stories and she giggles all the time now. She reaches for anything in sight and is grabbing everything she can get her hands on, even your face and hair if you're not careful. She is still such a snuggle bug and I hope she stays that way ;)
Here are some pictures of our weekend, enjoy!

This picture is actually from one morning this week. Rylee normally sleeps till about 6:30 ish when I wake her up to take her to Mom and Dad's, or she is still sleeping when I leave for work when my mom comes over to the house. For whatever reason she woke up early so we cuddled until I had to get ready for work. I turned on cartoons for her and she laid there watching cartoons while Brad and I got ready. By the time I was ready she had fallen asleep. I wish I had taken a picture. My mom said she ended up sleeping till 9:30! She looks so tiny in our huge bed!

Such a big girl!
Watching Saturday morning cartoons

She watches t.v. like she know what's going on, sometimes she laughs, but I have no clue what she is laughing about.

Brad was trying to get a picture of the face she makes with her first bite of food. It's hilarious like you putting s*** in her mouth or something. My guess is she is never sure what it's going to be, poor thing!

We met Brad's parents at Genghus Grill (sp?) for lunch Saturday. Rylee just hung out in her car seat with her favorite toy, she was so good. Notice one of her shoes is coming off in the picture, I think I put them on about 15 times while we were there before I gave up.

Rylee with her Poppie

When Rylee got up this morning I brought her to our bed to snuggle and took this picture, I love the look on her face!

I set her down on the couch for a second to get her diaper bag ready before leaving the house. She looked so darn cute w/her little arm propped up on the pillow, I had to run a get my camera of course.

I love how sweet she looks here!

Rylee with her Papa

Here is Rylee working on sitting up all by herself. She can only sit by herself for a couple of seconds before falling over, but we're working on it ;)

Rylee Goes to Canton!

We spent most of the day Saturday in Canton visiting Brad's parent's and shopping. Rylee did so good and enjoyed people watching and having strangers go ga ga over her. Most of you know I love Halloween, so I had to get Rylee a Halloween outfit. I am going take pictures of her in the pumpkin patch by our house in a couple of weeks. I got her the cutest little onesie and black and orange tutu, and of course a huge bow to match. Can't wait to take pictures and share! I went a little crazy and got some other things for Rylee: hats, more bows, tights and two Christmas outfits. I already can't wait till Christmas! Brad bought the most beautiful painting of Santa for over our fireplace, again can't wait!

After the pictures, I posted a video of Rylee that's pretty darn cute. Her motor skills have improved so much. She reaches and touches everything in sight, my favorite is when I'm holding her and she reaches and touches my face, sometimes she grabs though and it kinda hurts. She has gotten pretty good at her pacie too! My mom said she heard Rylee on the monitor talking away when she woke up from her nap and then all of a sudden was quiet. My mom went to check on her and she had found her pacie and put it in her mouth, so smart! Then, on the way home she dropped her pacie in the seat, so at the light I reached back and handed it to her. She took it from me and put it in her mouth, again so smart! She does something else too, but I will let the video speak for itself. I look like a total dork, but Rylee is too cute to not share on my account!

Hope you enjoy!

Here is Rylee ready to go to Canton!

Love the look on her face!

Here is Rylee with Poppie and Maw at Poppie's booth in Canton.

This water bottle entertained her for quite a while!

This was about 30 minutes later, passed out.

Here is one of the adorable hats I got her. You can change out the bows just like the headbands, just what I need!

That's our cutie, if you look real close you can see her two bottom teeth, they are all the way in now!

Check out these adorable buddies! Berks quite not there yet ;)

Here is our little smarty pants!
