Rylee's PaRty

I couldn't have asked for a better party for our sweet baby girl! Everything turned out fantastic and everyone had a great time, especially Rylee! I wanted to get a picture of everyone with the birthday girl and did really good at the beginning of the party, and then it got very overwhelming and busy :(

Rylee FINALLY gets to sit like a big girl and she LOVES it! This new car seat is AMAZING, it has all the different stages she will need (up to 100 lbs).

We tried on Rylee's new floatation devices for the summer, she looked so darn cute! Maw and Poppie have a pool and we want her to have something for hanging out by the pool, she's so quick you can never be too careful. We definitely are looking into swimming lessons ;)

Since Rylee's party she has been such a ham for the camera. Every time you say cheese to her she says it and smiles so big, can she be any cuter?!!!

Rylee's 1st Birthday

I'm going to apologize in advance for ALL the pictures, but it was so hard to choose, you only turn 1 once right?!
Brad and I ordered a chair for Rylee from Pottery Barn and it came in the mail on Tuesday (her b-day wasn't until Thursday), but if you know me I am HORRIBLE about waiting to give gifts because I get so excited. So when the door bell rang Tues. evening I knew it was her chair. I had to let her open it early. You will see below she LOVES it!

This is from her actual birthday. I had to give her something she could open. She was so excited and opened it all by herself.

We got her a cupcake and put a candle in it. I thought I was taking a video of us singing to her and her first taste of it, but somehow I wasn't recording :( I was so besides myself! Brad reminded me that we still have her party coming up and I can get a video then. I think she will enjoy her birthday cake, she pretty much ate the WHOLE cupcake and LOVED it!

This was one morning before I left for work, her new favorite way to watch cartoons!

We went to Brad's parents today to celebrate Pop's birthday, his birthday was the 14th.

Saturday is the big P-A-R-T-Y and we can't wait to celebrate our sweet girl with our friends and family! Have a great week!
