Cancun & Ry and E's Stay w/Papa & Grammy

Last Thursday Brad and I left early in the morning for a long weekend President's Club trip in Cancun! Not only did Brad make President's club last year, but Diamond Level, so proud of my hubby! With Diamond level you get an extra day of vacation and an event, such as an hour long massage, snorkeling tour etc.... We chose the massage since neither of us has ever had one, sad I know. When we arrived Thursday we had the whole day to ourselves to do what we wanted, the beach it was...
Far left is one of Brad's sales reps, James, who also made Diamond level. Brad's boss/friend Scott is in the middle, he is the Director of Sales for West Texas, DFW, Austin and San Antonio.

Stephanie, in the middle is James' wife and then Christina, far right isScott'swife. Both amazing, fun women! Brad, James and Scott with the Vice President Tom.
Brad and I on our balcony after our day at the beach.
The was the cute little sitting area in our room, it was really nice!
Our balcony view from the 11th floor....AMAZING!!!
Thursday night we went out to eat at Lorenzillo's, the best sea food I have ever had!
Lobster tank outside the restaurant.
Brad took a picture with one of the lobsters to show Rylee.

Friday morning there was a Diamond Level Breakfast and meeting. I went for the breakfast part, but skipped out on the meeting. Afterwards, we hit the beach/pool and enjoyed good company and drinks!
Friday night was the Diamond Level dinner.

James was Brad's only sales rep that made Diamond level, this guy is a sales stud!
This is the Senior Vice President of Sales, Todd. We found it amusing that they were practically dressed the same.
This is all of Market 42, which consists of all the West Texas managers, directors and sales reps who made Diamond Level!
And the wives...
Saturday we did our massages in the morning, which were amazing, and spent our last day on the beach. Saturday night was the award dinner for everyone who made President's Club. This is the lobby where we enjoyed cocktails and appetizers before going in for the award ceremony and dinner.
Brad's sales reps who made President's club, Trent, James and Scott. Hopefully there are a lot more next year!
The table centerpieces were gorgeous, this picture does not do justice!
The people who made Diamond Level had their picture on the big screen with their stats as they were announced. So proud of my man, he works so hard and deserved every part of this trip and more!!!
Going up to shake hands with the Vice President Tom.
Posing for a picture with his award and the Senior Vice President, Todd.
This is Randy, he's the sales manager in Austin. Awesome guy and super funny!
All of us ;) My parent's kept the kids for us and my sweet mom took pictures with her phone to send me text messages. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our babies, we love you!!!

Eli watching Ry swim.

Enjoying a dip in his own personal pool and playing with the hose.
and sissy....
Ry got this towel and laid it out for my mom to sit on, she is so incredibly sweet!
Eli playing some music for Baxter. Eli loves Baxter, I think because he lets him touch his tongue and teeth and really anywhere. Ruger walks away as soon as he sees Eli coming towards him.
Ry loves jumping off the spa and swimming to the steps! She is such a little fish!
I absolutely LOVE this!
Lately Ry likes pretending to be a dog. Not sure why, but she does...
This is what happens when you wake up at 6:30 and swim all morning.....
Eli playing
He is just too fast for the camera! I love this even though it's blurry!
Ry loves going for walks and collecting flowers and acorns, she filled two whole lunch bags!
Grammy discovered that Eli LOVES glazed donut holes!
In "jail"
Ry pretending to sleep with Baxter
Sweet kisses

11 Months

Eli,
Oh sweet boy..... I am having a hard time believing you are 11 months old today, where has the time gone?! It has been an amazing 11 months, but I am so not ready for you to turn ONE in just a month! Your personality is really coming through, and you seem to be a lot like your sister, busy and curious about everything! You play so well by yourself and can keep yourself entertained for awhile, until you hear your sister or Mommy's voice and you're off to see where we are and what we're up to....it's pretty cute! You have brought so much love and joy to our lives and we love you to pieces little man!
Love,
Mommy

  • You are in a size 4 diaper, 12-18 month clothes and you have size 3 shoes, but I'm not even sure if they fit because you never wear them, you're always finding a way to get them off!

  • You are still drinking 6-8 oz bottles 3-4 times a day, taking 2 two hour long naps a day or longer and sleeping 12 hours at night.

  • You still have 7 teeth, 4 on top and 3 on bottom.

  • You say mama, dada, uh-oh and your new one is what's that....or wussssat?! You say it in sort of a whisper and it's the cutest!

  • You are awesome at waving hi and bye!

  • We are working on High-five, where your nose is and the sound a snake makes.

  • You have the dog sound down to a "T"! Anytime you see or hear a dog you pant!

  • You have started pulling up on everything and anything and have started walking by pushing things around, like your car or walker.

  • Just this week you started standing on your own without holding onto anything!

  • You love Ry's little red crazy coop car! You will climb in and out of it until someone gives you a ride. You just squeal and smile the entire time. Ry is so sweet too, she sits on the back, holds onto the handle in the back and wraps her legs around the sides so the door doesn't fly open while Mommy or Daddy pushes y'all around the house!

  • You seem to get quicker and more curious by the day! You are so fast, especially when you get caught doing something you're not supposed to and have to get to whatever you want before I can grab you, ie.. Ruger's water bowl, stairs, outlet or fireplace.

  • You love to play with the alphabet magnets on the refrigerator in the laundry room! When I hear it go quiet, I know you're headed for the water bowl (why I don't just put it up or outside I don't know). I walked over to the laundry room and there you were sitting right next to Ruger's bowl waiting for me to catch you. It was a stand off I swear.... I was staring at you and you were staring at me. As soon as I said Eli (I'm sure you know the mom tone I used) and took a step toward you, you smiled the biggest smile and lurched for the bowl, spilling the entire bowl everywhere. You were quite satisfied you won.....stinker!

  • You're starting to give kisses (when you want to). We say, "kiss" and make the kissing sound and pucker up our lips. Sometimes you just turn your head and act like your playing, or will actually push us away, but sometimes you actually do kiss and even make the "mmmmwah" sound, it's the sweetest!

You are getting very difficult to photograph these days, luckily you only have to do this pose one more time :*( You did not want to do the crib pose for me at all.

I even tried giving you the tupperware of beads you were playing with earlier to get you to sit down.....nope....not having it!
At least I got some smiles though!

Happy 11 months little man, we LOVE you!!!
