Busy, Busy Weekend!

Again, I have a ridiculous amount of pictures posted, but we have been so busy and have so much to share, it's hard to choose. Plus after not taking as many pictures during the week, I more than make up for it on the weekend!

Most of you know that My sister, brother in law and nieces are moving to McKinney, YAY! They had to be out of their house by the 23rd and the house they are moving into is unsure yet, so for the time being they have temporarily moved into my parent's house in Prosper. Anyway, my parents went on a long weekend trip to Puerto Rico, so my sister and the girls so graciously came and stayed Wed-Fri to watch Rylee. Rylee loved being taken care of by her Aunt Chrissy and cousins!

Saturday morning Chris and Chrissy brought the girls over for us to watch while they finished some last minute packing. It was a bit crazy with three little girls, but fun, fun, fun! My brother came to pick them up later Saturday afternoon so that him and Rachel could watch them for the night.

Saturday night our good friends Josh and Katie came to visit and stayed for dinner and hung out for a bit. Katie is pregnant with a little boy and due in March!

Elliott had gymnastics this week, so Rylee got to ride in the double stroller with Berkley. Chrissy said she was so good, that's my girl!

We went for a walk Thursday night and it seemed a bit chilly. Rylee was just getting over her first cold so we put one of her little hats on her. She probably looked so silly wearing a hat in September, but you can never be too careful ;)

Snug as a bug in a rug! She loves going for walks!

She has been making this funny face lately, it's so cute. Then she makes all these silly noises as she sucks in her bottom lip. I have a short video of it I will have to post later ;)

Love those baby blues!

Here are the girls watching Saturday morning cartoons.

These girls are going to cause so much trouble!

Rylee kept reaching for Berk, but Berk kept pulling her arm away, it was too funny!

We started baby food Saturday morning too. We started with sweet potatoes and she loved them!

Rylee with her Uncle J

Elliott ran some errands with me and we stopped at the dollar tree. She picked out a bear hat for her and a bird one for Berk. Then she picked out two baby dolls and bottles. When we got back we made cupcakes. She is quite the little baker, even cracked the eggs herself! It was so funny she told me, "my mommy lets me lick the spoon after I stir it." I told her, "that's the only way to do it!"

Here she is icing them, and of course eating the icing at the same time. A little E love with your cupcake! (Can you see the ones I iced v.s. Elliott?)

Berkley got to help put the sprinkles on too! If you notice, Berkley decided she wanted to wear her p.j.'s when she got up from her nap, too cute!

I love this picture!

And this one!

This one too!

Just chillin!

Rylee with Josh and Katie (and baby Tucker)!

My sister brought over a purple tutu she made that one of her friends was supposed to come and pick up for pictures. Well, after a couple of glasses of wine Katie and I decided we should try it on Rylee. It was way too big, but I couldn't resist taking a couple of pictures of course!

My little cutie!

Mommy's Weekend with Rylee

I'm going to apologize in advance for all of the pictures I posted, but it is so hard to choose when they are all so darn cute! Anyway, Brad took a guy's trip with his buddies to go dove hunting this weekend, so it was just me and Rylee this weekend. We enjoyed the rainy weather and stayed in most of the day Saturday and played, but then got stir crazy, so what are two girls gonna do? Yep you guessed it..... what we do best, SHOPPING! I enjoyed every second having Rylee all to myself, but we did miss Daddy a little ;)

Today Mom and Pops came over to ride with us to the church for our cousin Cora's dedication. Cora is two weeks younger than Rylee and she looked so pretty. Jennifer had her gown and bonnet made from her wedding dress, which I thought was pretty neat! Rylee got a bit vocal during church, so we stepped out for the last 30 min. or so of the service, but it was over 1 hr. and 30 min., a long time for a baby to be entertained. After church we went back to Ryan and Jennifer's house for snacks, cake and presents. It was great to hang out with the family. Rylee and Cora were so sweet together, Rylee kept grabbing her hands, dress and face. Mom has those pictures on her camera, I will have to have her send them to me.

Anyway, here are some pictures from our weekend!

Here is Rylee waiting patiently for me to make her yummy cereal!

Here, I was trying to get a picture of the face she makes with her first bite. She makes the funniest face every time like she is still not sure what it is and then is like... ok I remember.

Silly girl!

She loves bath time, now she tries to grab the washcloth while I'm washing her. I let her have it when I'm done. I hope it's o.k. to drink a bit of Baby Magic ;)

Rylee with her buddy Ruger, he loves her!

"Born To Be A Little Princess!"

She still loves her baby Einstein mat too! She almost pulls herself off the ground when she is pulling on all the toys.

We enjoyed the cool rainy weather this morning!

Ruger did too!

Here is Rylee at church with Poppie

Here is Ryan and Jennifer with Cora and Aunt Diane (Ryan's mom)

Rylee and Maw

Here is a video from Saturday night of my little Rollie Polie. As soon as you put her on her back she flips over and then gets mad she's on her stomach and can't get back over. We need to work on rolling tummy to back!

Yay For Long Weekends!

We have had such an amazing weekend, nothing special besides hangin with my baby girl and hubby for 4 days straight! I took half a day Friday because I was miserable and wanted to make sure I got into the doctor before the long weekend. Turns out it was just a sinus infection ;) It has been so nice enjoying Rylee from the time she gets up in the morning till going to bed at night! She is getting so big so fast, it seems she is changing every day. She loves being outside and her new favorite thing is grabbing her little piggies. She will put anything in her mouth that she can get her hands on and we discovered her first tooth earlier this week (bottom tooth)! We ran around a lot this weekend and Rylee was so good. She just hung out in her car seat and took it all in, never fussed or anything! I love my sweet girl!

Last weekend we took a lot of walks since the weather was so nice, can't wait till it cools down for good, Rylee loves going for walks!

We went to Brad's parents last weekend to celebrate his 28th birthday. We fried catfish, oysters, BBQ crab and crawfish, yum! Here Rylee is with Poppie waiting for the fryer to heat up.

Mommy's favorite time, nap time with Rylee!

Here's Rylee ready for another walk!
Playing with her piggies!

She loves her exersaucer, she will play in it forever, spinning all around and playing with all the fun toys!

Mommy cut her hair off!

Sweet girl!

No more swaddle, yay! She loves her new potato sacks mommy and daddy bought her!

Waiting for Grammy and Papa to come over for dinner!

Rylee loves her Papa!

Her Grammy too!

The Cutest Giggle Caught On Video

Rylee has giggled a couple of times, but of course I am never able to catch it. Tonight Brad was playing with her and she was giggling for like 5 minutes straight. The cutest thing ever (how many times have I said that?)!

Enjoying her cereal!

Do you think she likes her jumparoo?

This is going to have to be my screen saver at work!

Where To Start ....

Sorry it has been so long, it's been a busy week with going back to work and still trying to spend every last moment with the Rylee boo until she goes to bed at night. I gave mom the camera to take pictures during the day and then Brad forgot to take it when he picked her up Friday. We already had a crazy weekend and could not take any pictures. Dad brought the camera by after church, so don't be surprised if there is another post soon with more pictures. You can never have to many pictures of the sweetest, cutest baby in the world!

Rylee turned 4 months last Saturday the 15th! I can't believe how much she is changing every day, it makes me sad how fast it goes by. The doctor did all these little tests with her and said she could not believe how strong she is and said that she looks great! She measured 26 in. (94th percentile) and weighed 13 lbs. 15 oz. (55th percentile). The doctor also said we could start rice cereal at any time. We tried it for the first time last night and she loved it! I think she especially liked it because she got to sit in her new high chair.

Rylee also had her first week with Grammy. She did great, better than Mommy did. I cried everyday, but it got a little easier every day. I gave mom my camera to take pictures of Rylee while I was at work, and boy did she take some pictures. At first she took more videos than pictures before figuring out how to use it correctly (it can be tricky). I didn't mind though because I got to see my baby girl in action. I am so thankful to have someone who will take care of my little munchkin who loves and cares for her so much, thank you mom!

It feels like Rylee has already changed so much in just a week. She reaches for EVERYTHING, and then it goes directly in her mouth. She loves to suck and chew on her hands, and she has been gagging herself quite a bit too. She will stick her hands so far in her mouth that she gags, but then she continues to do it, silly girl.

She plays so good in her exersaucer too. She plays with all of the toys and can turn all the way around in it. Brad put her jumparoo together yesterday and she loves it too. She hasn't quite figured out how to actually jump yet, but I'm sure it will be soon. I help her by grabbing her feet and making her jump, she thinks it is so funny!

She been rolling over a lot just this week from her tummy to her back and from her back to her tummy too!

We took a walk last night and Rylee was able to finally sit up like a big girl and face out. We had her all strapped in to keep her from flopping over and she thought she was so big. She loved our walk and was just looking at everything, cutest thing ever!

Sweet baby girl before going shopping with Mommy.
This is an outfit Aunt Chrissy had made for her, pretty darn cute!

Had to get the back view too!

Rylee does so good with tummy time now!

Happy 4 months to me!

Grammy took this picture of Rylee playing in her bumbo seat!

Such a cutie ;)

Grammy took this picture of Rylee laying on the bed at her house, so sweet!

So Much To Share, So Little Time!

Look at this sweet face, I love her so much.

This is Rylee's new favorite way to watch t.v.

Oh, and this way too!

Getting ready for another fun day in the sun!

We had a play date with cousin Elliott and Berkley at my parent's house. Their neighbors let us swim in their awesome pool!

Rylee hanging out in her float!

We went over to Brad's parent's house Friday night and stayed the night. Pops hurt his hand so we went over to help out with some things around the house. Our BF Josh and Katie came over and had dinner with us and hung out for a bit. Rylee loves them!

Pops and Mom were at a gun show a couple of weeks ago selling some of his awesome knives and couldn't resist buying Rylee her first gun, a pink BB gun that is!

Another outfit from Poppie and Maw. It says, My First Game Call!

We went over to our Aunt Diane's house to celebrate Grandma's 88th Birthday. Rylee loves her Grandma Truncali!
This is Rylee with her cousin Cora. Rylee is only two weeks older than Cora and they are about the same size. They were so cute together!
