Roadtrip

Rylee had her first road trip this weekend! We drove to Tulsa to go to the world's biggest gun show, exciting I know. Rylee did sooooo good in the car. She hung out just looking out the window and playing with her toys. About an hour later she got a little fussy for about 10 min. and I thought oh, no we should turn around and go home, but then she fell asleep for most of the ride!

Pops was selling his awesome knives there and Brad stayed with him doing the whole guy thing of selling knives and looking at all kinds of guns and gadgets while Rylee, Mom and I went shopping. We did go to the gun show for about an hour, but Rylee got a little bored (such a girl already).

Rylee did awesome on the ride home too, which was even longer than the way there. Why is that, that it seems to always take longer getting home than going?

Here are some pictures from last week and our trip, enjoy!

Mom took this picture of Rylee eating her veggies, love it!
We have a new little morning routine. When Rylee gets up in the morning she comes to our bed so I can snuggle with her before getting ready for work. Then she watches cartoons while I get ready. Such a big girl!

Papa's getting Rylee hooked early on his favorite drink!

Here is Rylee playing on the bed in our hotel room, waiting for Pops and Mom to go to dinner.

Hangin with Daddy, so sweet!

Rylee's new obsession, Poppie's cowboy hat

She was going crazy, reaching and grabbing for his hat!

And then of course, putting it in her mouth!

And Maw

This was later that night waiting in the lobby to go to dinner, so cute!

Mom got Rylee a couple of Christmas books. Brad read her one before putting her down, she loves helping us read to her by touching all the pages and helping turn them!

Getting ready to go home

Check out all three of her shiny white chompers, they are so cute! Tooth number four is on its way in, poor kid never gets a break ;(

This is Brad's new toy that he got at the gun show. He got it for the office, which he wants to turn it into a war room. It even works too, we are going to have to take it out to the cabin and try it out!
Here is Rylee working on crawling. She is getting up on all fours now. She mainly gets up on her knees and then scoots forward using her head, it's so funny!

Just Mommy and Rylee This Weekend...

Brad went went hunting this weekend with his boys for opening weekend of deer season, so Rylee and I enjoyed the weekend visiting friends, shopping and Chucky Cheese!

I'm going to apologize for the numerous pictures of the exact same thing, but have you ever just taken a bunch of pictures because you're not sure which ones will turn out and then it ends up that they are all cute? Well, that's what happened, so enjoy ;)

I went to pick Rylee up from my parent's house after work and Chrissy was over there with the girls, so we took them to the park right behind their house. Rylee loves the swing!

Berkley wanted to wear Ry's sunglasses, so Rylee so kindly shared ;) Berk loved them and looked so cute!

Here is E being a little monkey ;)

Friday night I went over to my friend Ronda's house to visit and have dinner. Her little girl Brooklyn just turned 3 months and is so stinkin adorable. Rylee enjoyed rolling all over her and grabbing her headband, face, hands and anything she could get her hands on. Poor Brooklyn was so tough and didn't mind. Brooklyn said she will get her next time when she's a little bigger!

This is after we came back from Ronda's. I was so sure she was going to pass out in the car considering she had been up since 3:45 and it was 8:30, but nope.

She played with Ruger instead, for a good 10 minutes, sitting up the whole time! They are so cute together and Ruger is so gentle!

Saturday we went shopping. I was trying to get a picture of her cute outfit, but she was determined to try and get her shoes off, she finally gave up. The kid hates wearing shoes!

Saturday, my parents were babysitting the girls so I went with them to Chucky Cheese. It was Ry's first time, and her last for a while. She is just too little to enjoy it, but the girls had fun!

My dad is probably going to kill me for posting this picture, but I had to. I was sitting at the table with Ry watching her take it all in and my dad was walking around with the girls helping them play games. Then, I noticed E's my little pony in his back pocket, how cute is that?!
Here is Ry enjoying a little ride!

Love this face! She's been doing it a lot lately, don't know what it is all about!

This morning Ry woke up at 5:30, so I brought her to bed with me hoping she would go back to sleep and she did till 8. I woke up to her jabbering away and rolling all over the place. Had to take a couple of pics of her smiling face, I lover her little chompers!

Rylee finally figured out how to jump in her jumparoo this week, better late than never! She loves it and it is her new favorite thing!

Rylee's First Halloween!

What a great weekend! Yesterday Rylee helped Brad carve her first pumpkin and then Chris and Chrissy came over with the girls so we could see their costumes.

Mom, Dad and our friends Amber and Aaron came over to hang out too. We grilled out burgers, enjoyed a few drinks and passed out candy to the two trick 0r treaters we got, pretty sad! Rylee looked so cute in her skunk costume, I already can't wait for next Halloween!

Rylee is officially getting her third tooth (two on bottom and one on top), it is almost through! Here are some pictures from our week and weekend!

Rylee fell asleep while cuddling with Daddy
After she woke up Brad gave her a bottle and layed her in her lamb seat. He went to go get something and came back to see her sitting straight up.

Mom took this picture of Rylee this week, love all the drool spots on her clothes ;)

Getting ready for story time before bed

Showing what book she had chosen to read

Mom took this picture too. She was rolling around on the floor and decided to take a break, so sweet!

Playing with her toes while eating, such a stinker!

Helping Daddy carve her first pumpkin!

So cute!

So serious

Checking out her paws

The finished product of our pumpkin. I drew it and Brad carved it. Notice the nose is a bat ;)

Mom also took this video of Rylee laughing. The sound of a babies laugh is the cutest sound ever!
