Rylee's 1st Birthday

I'm going to apologize in advance for ALL the pictures, but it was so hard to choose, you only turn 1 once right?!
Brad and I ordered a chair for Rylee from Pottery Barn and it came in the mail on Tuesday (her b-day wasn't until Thursday), but if you know me I am HORRIBLE about waiting to give gifts because I get so excited. So when the door bell rang Tues. evening I knew it was her chair. I had to let her open it early. You will see below she LOVES it!

This is from her actual birthday. I had to give her something she could open. She was so excited and opened it all by herself.

We got her a cupcake and put a candle in it. I thought I was taking a video of us singing to her and her first taste of it, but somehow I wasn't recording :( I was so besides myself! Brad reminded me that we still have her party coming up and I can get a video then. I think she will enjoy her birthday cake, she pretty much ate the WHOLE cupcake and LOVED it!

This was one morning before I left for work, her new favorite way to watch cartoons!

We went to Brad's parents today to celebrate Pop's birthday, his birthday was the 14th.

Saturday is the big P-A-R-T-Y and we can't wait to celebrate our sweet girl with our friends and family! Have a great week!

One Year in Pictures

I can't believe our baby girl is ONE! A year ago my life changed for ever and I could never ask for more! Rylee is the SWEETEST, CUTEST, FUNNIEST & FUNNEST little girl ever! She amazes me still EVERYDAY with new words, facial expressions, and charming personality. This year has gone by so fast!

As I am posting all these pictures I am tearing up wondering where my 7 pound 9 oz baby went. With each passing day I LOVE her more and more and I couldn't have ever imagined I would feel the way I do right now. It is incredibly hard to put into words, but I know all the Mommies out there know exactly what I mean!

Enough about that, enjoy our sweet baby girl's year in pictures (it was so hard to choose just one for each month)!

A Wonderful Weekend

I painted Rylee's toenails for the first time last week, they look so CUTE!

Saturday we did yard work ALL day. Luckily we got most of it done while Rylee took her morning nap. When she got up she was ready to join the fun.
