I Take Way Too Many Pictures!!!

I was waiting to do a post tomorrow about Ry turning 2 1/2 and E turning 1 month, but I realized I have waaaay too many pictures already from the week, so I thought it would be best to do a separate post. We are also going to the pumpkin patch tomorrow, so that will be a whole another post itself! See..... I take way too many pictures, I can't help that my kids are too stinkin adorable to resist =)

Anyway, last weekend Brad bought some crab to cook out on the grill, Ry was not a fan & Brad couldn't get her to touch or hold one, but she did say they were cute =)

Ry loves to cuddle up next to her brother, I hope it lasts! Ry enjoyed playing in the rain last weekend! Poor kid acted like it was the first time, it has been so long since we had a good one!

Ry and E in their Halloween shirts from Walmart!

Quick story: Recently when I asked Ry what she was going to be for Halloween she told me a skeleton shirt. I said, "a skeleton?" She said," no, a skeleton shirt!" Not sure where she got this, but thought it was pretty cute! So, when I saw the skeleton shirt at Walmart for $5, I just had to buy it for her =)

They both glow in the dark and Ry thought it was the coolest thing ever. We're saving their special ones Michelle made for the pumpkin patch tomorrow =)

Ry is so sweet when E cries, she rubs his head and goes...shhhhh!

It's rough being a newborn!

We started potty training on Sunday and she is doing so good! I think we had 3 accidents Sunday, but since then that number has gone down to 2 accidents a day to 1 accident and today NO accidents!!! Ry is with Grammy today and she called and told me she didn't wet all the way to her house or in Walmart and peed on the potty when they got home. Then she stayed dry at nap and went potty when she got up! Tear....so proud of our big girl!!!

I got fun things for her to do while being cooped up in the house all week working on potty training. Here she is decorating some fall place mats I got in the dollar spot at Target. I colored two and she colored two. She kept saying, "Mommy..let me see yours." After I would show her she'd say, "good job Mommy, that's so beautiful!" She is the sweetest thing ever!

Mr. E sneaking a hand out of his swaddle. Little guy loves his hands up by his face when sleeping!

Decorating a ghost cookie with icing, sprinkles and candy!
LOVE her!

Daddy bought E some camo overalls. They're a little big, but I'm sure not for long! Such a proud Daddy =)

Dance was such a hit with Ry when she went with Berk last week, that we signed her up! Brad was out of town this week Wed.-Fri. so he asked me to take pics to send to him..... like I wouldn't have taken pictures anyway ;)

This was before dance and she is mad at me because I wouldn't let her wear her tap shoes. I explained to her she would mess them up if she wore them outside and that she could wear them when we got to dance, but she didn't seem to care. I'm such a mean Mommy!

Berk and Ry are so stinkin cute together, they were partners here...... of course!

Sweet boy looking adorable for the camera!

E was 4 weeks old on Thursday! We had his one month check up and he has gained 2 pounds in two weeks and grew another inch! Tubby man is up to 10 lbs 7 oz! He also got his second hepatitis shot and he cried so hard his face turned purple and no sound came out =( then when he calmed down he threw up all over himself.... had to drive home in a diaper!

This face is so sad....when the lip comes out, breaks my heart!

Grammy and Papa came over for dinner and to help with bath and bedtime last night, Ry was more than thrilled!

Watching Mickey Mouse with Papa before going to bed.

I took this to send to Brad this morning! Aren't they just the cutest, sweetest things you have ever seen??!!

Happy Friday!

Sweetness

Rylee is so excited about her Halloween countdown calendar Maw made for her last year!

We went last weekend and got her Minnie Mouse costume, which is adorable by the way, and were going to get Eli the Mickey Mouse costume, but they were sold old =( Luckily, I have an amazing friend and seamstress, Michelle, who made Eli an adorable Mickey costume, thank you again Michelle! Then, I found a Mickey beanie on Etsy!

Ry was a little crazy about wanting to wear her costume so Brad explained to her that when she gets to the 31 on her calendar she can wear it! Well, our smart little cookie tries to move her spider to the 31 each day we move her spider, nice try slick!

One of Brad's coworkers got Eli this adorable bath towel with his name embroidered on the back, isn't it the cutest?!

Must be having sweet dreams!
Looking like a big boy in an outfit from Maw and Poppie!

Rylee LOVES our Boo Man Papa made for us!

Ry showing Eli the ropes

Yeah......explain to me how this happens! This is just from sleeping and I promise her hair does not look like this when she goes to bed. This took a good 10 min to brush out and I was worried we were going to have to make a trip to Aunt Ray for a hair cut afterwards!

Ry loves to hold Eli and asks to hold him all the time! Maybe I should say most of the time. Brad and I were cleaning up the kitchen one night after dinner and we heard a small cry from E. Brad went over to him and said, "did you put Eli on the floor?" My response, "no!" Ry had taken him out of his lamb seat and put him on the floor. Not sure how she did it.....super scary! He was fine of course, but we had to have a conversation about not picking up her brother unless Mommy or Daddy is there to help her. Not sure this really sunk in though, I've caught her numerous times trying to pick him up......

I was taking E's 3 week picture and Ry wanted to take one with him, so sweet! On another note, she tried feeding him jelly beans before this picture, luckily I was right there. Of course we then had a conversation about never putting anything in Eli's mouth, that he only drinks milk.....we will see how long she remembers that one!

3 weeks old!
