I Just Can't Get Enough.....

A couple of weekends ago the Pomeroy's came over to hang out after the pumpkin patch. We enjoyed some much delicious Pei Wei and then the kiddos made smores in the fire pit out back....GOOD TIMES!
Wow.....is our adorable family growing or what?! Check out these cuties! I LOVE how Patton a.k.a. "Moose" is almost the same size as Ry =) Yummy!

sweet boy doing what he does best....

Ry painting her pumpkin

I curled paper around a pen for the hair and Ry would count to 5 and then take it off. She would get so excited to see the curled paper.....every time!
So proud of her pumpkin!

Such a sweet girl, can't get enough of these two! I wish E was looking at the camera too, would have been perfect!

Ry helping give E a bath. Like I said....can't get enough, how did I get so lucky?!

Ry has a new obsession......make up! The one or two days a week I actually wear make up Ry asks for some too. I just give her the lightest color eye shadow to put on and she thinks it's the coolest. She was playing over at Chrissy's house and had to go to time out for getting into her make up after being asked 4 times not to....stinker!

Whenever I need E to take a good nap I put him in his little swaddle pod. He always seems to get at least one hand out.

My boys =)

5 weeks old!

Ry is looking so big to me these days =(

Guess what I did.......

Finally seeing more and more smiles, just hard to catch them! I'm pretty sure he has dimples in both cheeks just like his daddy!

LOVE this!

sleepy boy

ready to hit the road for some errands

You can't really tell how chunky this little monkey is with clothes on, so......

I love how sweet he looks when he's asleep Saturday Brad's parents came over to fry up the last of the fish Brad and Pops caught in the spring. E enjoyed the time outside too!

My handsome man fryin fish!

LOVE this! Even Ry loved the fish or "crunchies" as she called it.

Awwww!

Ry and Maw

LOVE this too!

so cozy

Ry kept telling us to wink and would say, "wink" while winking. It was so cute and I have no clue where she got it from!

E loves his baths! Night time is sort of his fussy time, but as soon as his little butt his that water he is a happy camper!

Sunday Ry ran a fever ALL day =( She took two naps, which is so unlike her and Brad and I took turns just cuddling with her because she just wanted to be held. I took her to the dr. first thing Monday morning and found out she has strep, AGAIN! Her doctor said she is probably a carrier with how often she has been getting it and will probably have to get her tonsils out if she keeps getting it, I hope that's not the case! She is on 2 antibiotics this time, poor baby! I took her to get donuts after the dr. while we waited for her prescriptions to be filled.

Ry enjoys eating only the top of her donuts, which explains the picture above.
Feel better soon sweet girl!

The biG oRaNge puMpkiN faRm

Saturday we took the kiddos to The Big Orange Pumpkin Farm. We were going to go in the morning, but Ry woke up too early and ended up taking an early nap, so we went when she got up. Apparently the animals were full from eating all morning, so they weren't very interested in eating by the time we got there.

Score! Found a goat that didn't mind eating a little more =)
Ry on the hay ride
When it was time to pick a pumpkin, Ry had a very hard time deciding which one she wanted. She tried to pick up practically every one she saw!

Doing what she does best.....organizing ! She picked all of these and lined them up........

My attempt at getting a picture of Ry and E in their ADORABLE shirts Michelle made! Thank you sweet friend!!!

I already can't wait until next year!

2 1/2 & 1 Month Old!

Rylee Boo,

I can not believe you are already 2 and a half years old, where has the time gone? Your sweet smile warms my heart and that of so many others! You have the cutest squeakiest voice, especially when you're asking a question...with such great inflection!
You are so curious/nosey and it sometimes gets you in trouble! Example: sticking q-tips in the light socket above the bathroom sink! Thank goodness it was just q-tips, but now all outlets are covered, even the ones high above the counter tops. Why you ask? Because you are also a climber! Whether it be the washer/dryer, counter or bar stools... you are finding a way to climb them! You will also swing from anything you can get your hands on....the railing going up the stairs, the rack in your/my closet, the counter, the back of a chair, you have no fear!
You are a very bright girl, especially for two and a half! You are in a gymnastics and dance class where you are the youngest one and you still keep up and follow directions, sometimes better than the older girls in your class!
You are so fun to watch at gymnastics.... you amaze me every class! I really think you are going to be an athletic little girl! You have the cutest little figure too, calves and muscular little thighs and arms! I can't help but say you are the most beautiful thing I have ever seen! We get so many compliments on how pretty you are, so I know it's not just me being biased ;)
You are already such a great BIG sister! You love to cover Eli with blankets if he's not covered up and you always try and give him his monkey to hold. You are always talking to him in such a cute voice and you always rub his head if he is fussy.
Some cute things you say and/or do:

* You are obsessed w/bandaids! You ask for them every morning and INSIST that you put them on by yourself, which sometimes ends with you going through 2 or 3 bandaids before I take over and do it for you! This is not because you are hurt or have a "boo boo!" I believe this is some sort of fashion statement in your eyes.

*You were going crazy over bandaids one morning and I told you to calm down that I would get them for you and you said, "Mommy....slow your roll!" I about died laughing, I guess Daddy told you that in the car that morning when you were acting crazy and then you turned around and used it on me, so smart!

* You were sitting by Eli in his chair rubbing his head and you said to Grammy, " Grammy.... you want to pet Eli?" Then you proceeded to tell Grammy to be gentle!

You love music and to dance! Anytime there is music you are bobbing your little head and telling us to dance too!

* You love to be outside, I'm pretty sure you would live outside if I would let you!

*You love to do art projects, even if it's just coloring on a piece of paper and using stickers, but your favorite is painting! Somehow you always end up being the art project at the end of painting though. It usually results in you taking a bath afterwards!

* You love to watch t.v. which is why it's a good thing I only let you watch educational cartoons. I have to admit there has been a lot of t.v. watching going on in our house lately, but I promise that is going to change once I'm not nursing all day long! Your newest favorite show is the Letter Factory, thanks to Ms. Michelle you want to watch this about 10 times a day, but I can't complain considering you are very close to knowing ALL your letters and the sound they make!

* You love to hang out with your daddy when he gets home from work each day! You follow him to change his clothes, to get the mail, to sneak chips before dinner, watch the news, cook outside and water the lawn. It is so cute to watch you two together!

*You also love to horseplay/wrestle with your daddy before going to bed! Daddy likes to get you all wound up after reading stories and it's my turn to tuck you in!

* You are finally potty training and doing SO good, we are so proud of you! You get so excited every time you go too, it's the cutest thing watching you do your little "potty dance!"

We love you so much sweet girl,
Mommy

Eli Boo,

You are 1 month old! You had your one month check up and you already gained 2 pounds in 2 weeks and are up to 10 lbs 7 oz! You have been in size one diapers for a while and you have officially outgrown your newborn clothes!

You are the sweetest, cutest thing, but when it's time to eat....you want it 5 minutes ago! You hated having your diaper changed the first couple weeks after you were born, you would SCREAM the entire time, sometimes to the point of turning purple and no sound coming out. Now, you just grunt the entire time, it's pretty funny.... I should take a video.

You love to cuddle and want to be held to go to sleep, not all the time, but most of the time. You don't really like the pacifier, but will take it to fall asleep. I bought 3 different kinds trying to find one you would like because I got a little tired of you wanted "the boob" to fall sleep!

You are eating every 2 hours during the day, sometimes 3 hours. At night you are still wanting to eat every 3 hours, but you have snuck in 4 hours here and there. We've been putting you to bed around 8, so your usual wake times are around 11, 2, and 5.

You always fall asleep in the car, and will stay asleep if we are not out too long. You also love to be outside like your sister and love to look out our big tall windows in the living room. You also love lights and fans!

You have started looking at us when we talk to you and you will follow us with your eyes. You are starting to like your Einstein gym and will look at the star when it lights up. The lamb seat is your favorite, but you like your swing too.

We love you sweet boy and as much as we want you to stay small forever, we can't wait to see you grow and interact with your big sister!
