Brad had all of his hunting stuff in the office preparing for his trip to the deer lease for opening weekend. Ry insisted on putting his hat and coveralls on. LOVE her!

Halloween Festivities

Wednesday we had a Halloween play date at Michelle's house with our MOPS (mother's of preschoolers) group. Ry was so excited to finally wear her costume a few days early!

Eli was pretty excited to wear his Mickey costume too!

Monday Maw & Poppie came over to watch Eli while we took Ry trick-or-treating and to pass out candy. Here Ry is helping Maw make Mummy dogs for dinner! Maw also brought Halloween pretzels and apple cider =)

My parents came over to see the kids in there costumes too. We took pictures of all of us with both sets of grandparents, but none of them turned out =(

1st stop: our sweet NEW neighbors! They bought Eli an outfit when he was born and a Tinker Bell purse for Ry, they are just the sweetest people ever! They gave Ry extra candy for it being her first stop =)

This little skeleton guy was on a sensor with a fog machine. It was laying down and then would pop up and scream. Both Brad and Mitchel (neighbor) had to walk the kids to the door.

When it popped up, Ry took off running without her candy. Brad had to carry her up to the door, it was too funny!

I Just Can't Get Enough.....

A couple of weekends ago the Pomeroy's came over to hang out after the pumpkin patch. We enjoyed some much delicious Pei Wei and then the kiddos made smores in the fire pit out back....GOOD TIMES!
Wow.....is our adorable family growing or what?! Check out these cuties! I LOVE how Patton a.k.a. "Moose" is almost the same size as Ry =) Yummy!

I curled paper around a pen for the hair and Ry would count to 5 and then take it off. She would get so excited to see the curled paper.....every time!

Ry has a new obsession......make up! The one or two days a week I actually wear make up Ry asks for some too. I just give her the lightest color eye shadow to put on and she thinks it's the coolest. She was playing over at Chrissy's house and had to go to time out for getting into her make up after being asked 4 times not to....stinker!

Whenever I need E to take a good nap I put him in his little swaddle pod. He always seems to get at least one hand out.

I love how sweet he looks when he's asleep Saturday Brad's parents came over to fry up the last of the fish Brad and Pops caught in the spring. E enjoyed the time outside too!

Ry kept telling us to wink and would say, "wink" while winking. It was so cute and I have no clue where she got it from!

E loves his baths! Night time is sort of his fussy time, but as soon as his little butt his that water he is a happy camper!

Sunday Ry ran a fever ALL day =( She took two naps, which is so unlike her and Brad and I took turns just cuddling with her because she just wanted to be held. I took her to the dr. first thing Monday morning and found out she has strep, AGAIN! Her doctor said she is probably a carrier with how often she has been getting it and will probably have to get her tonsils out if she keeps getting it, I hope that's not the case! She is on 2 antibiotics this time, poor baby! I took her to get donuts after the dr. while we waited for her prescriptions to be filled.

Ry enjoys eating only the top of her donuts, which explains the picture above.
