Tuesday Ry started showing signs that she was sick, not eating and runny nose and eyes. I made her an appt. first thing Wednesday morning and she tested negative for strep and the flu, but was showing symptoms of some sort of virus. Dr. said all the signs pointed to strep and that it might have just been too early to tell and went ahead and called in a prescription. This is our poor baby when we got home =( breaks my heart to see her like this!
By Thursday she was already doing better, but not 100%. I'm not really sure what this is about, but she enjoyed it!

Even though Ruger is going to be the death of me, he is so good with Rylee and she LOVES him! We took him last week to get shaved and bathed and she cried for him for a good 10 min telling me to go back and get him =(

I LOVE this sweet, adorable girl!!!
Friday morning Ry enjoyed sorting and counting her rocks! She is OCD when it comes to stuff like this, she is so particular! She is always sorting things: m&m's, coins, gummy snacks you name it, she's either sorting them by color or lining them up in a straight line. Even when she eats, everything has to be in the right place. All of her plates have the different sections and if a fruit from one section happens to drop into another section of her plate or type of food, she puts it back in the right spot. Not sure where she gets it from ;)

Here she's saying, " I did it!"
Sweet girl watching Olivia and waiting for Grammy to come pick her up.

This is later..... I was getting dinner ready and Ry was very busy coloring! Thank goodness for washable markers!

Home Depot has a kids craft the first Saturday of every month. My sister told me about this, E's been doing it since she was a little over 2 and I believe Berk started around 2 too. We decided Ry was ready and it was a perfect time to start as something her and Brad could do together. This will totally be Brad and Ry's thing, I just went the first time to take pictures and document their first time. I was so sad she didn't get an apron, but they were out, so hopefully she will get one next time. Each time she goes she will get a pin to add to her apron, such a cute idea!

This was Ry's expression when she saw E and Berk (we didn't tell her they would be there too)!

So cute!

And.....it's a pencil box!

Brad has been doing a lot of working outside lately and Ry loves to help! We've been in the process of building an outdoor kitchen and it feels like it's been months since we started. A contractor for Home Depot built the
pavilion and we had the guy who did our stonework landscaping poor the cement, do the stonework, electricity and plumbing. Well, we soon found out that he should have only done the stonework because it has been problem after problem after problem with this guy.
So, poor Brad has been doing all the touch up stuff and fixing things b/c he's tired of dealing with this fool. Here Brad is working on the cedar door for under the sink. Ry was so cute copying Brad and following him around.
Unfortunately the picture taking ended and Ry's help ended after she got a hold of the stain Brad was using for the door and dripped it all over the cement....Nice! It now has it's first bit of character
courtesy of Ry that we will always remember ;) It is pretty much all finished, we are just waiting on the furniture! I can't wait to post pictures when it's all done!!!

That evening we went over to Chris & Chrissy's for pizza and hanging out. E and Ry (Snow White) enjoyed some dance game on the
wii. Apparently I was horrible at taking pics b/c these are the only ones I took =(

Today we went over to our Aunt Diane's house to celebrate Grandma
Truncale's 90
th bday with Brad's side of the family! Again, I was horrible about taking pictures, but managed to get a couple of Ry and her sweet cousin Cora!

Love the home depot pictures!! Looks like a really fun daddy/daughter time! Also noticed at the top of your blog that you are under 50 days till due date! WOW! It's gone so fast!
Love all your pics! Glad to hear Rylee is feeling better! My dad has been telling us forever to take the kids to the weekend Home Depot crafts, now that i see your pics we really are going to try it. It would be good for the kids to have some alone time :)
Strep is no fun, especially in the summer! Glad she's feeling better.
